Sending an enquiry

When you submit the enquiry form, the details and any attachment you provide are sent to FormSubmit, a third-party form service, for processing and email delivery to China Sourcing at tianrui.zhu@shsourcing.cn. Your name, email, company (if provided), product category, delivery destination and requirements are included. FormSubmit may use a verification step to prevent spam.

How your details are used

Details you choose to share are used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate suitable supply options. Relevant product specifications may be shared with proposed suppliers to obtain quotations. Please avoid including unrelated sensitive information.

Third-party processing and retention

FormSubmit states that it retains text submissions for 30 days. Uploaded attachments are not retained in its submission archive. Processing is governed by the FormSubmit privacy policy. Its verification service and the website hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and protect these services. Emails and attachments received by China Sourcing are kept as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business records.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not add marketing cookies or analytics trackers, and it does not save your form details in browser storage. The third-party submission and verification services operate under their own policies.
